These Terms and Conditions contain all the terms which you and Must Wear Designs have agreed in relation to the use of this website.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to MUST WEAR DESIGNS or Hot Chocolate Designs. It includes, but is not limited to design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. It is protected by intellectual property laws including, but not limited to Copyright.
You may view, use, download and store the material on this website for personal use or for the purpose of purchasing from us. Commercial use is not permitted. The re-distribution, republication, or otherwise making available of the material on this website to third parties, without our prior written consent is prohibited.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. 3.- Order Process
Ordering at www.mustweardesigns.co.uk is fast and secure. To place your order follow the steps indicated on-line.
Once the online purchase is done, MUST WEAR DESIGNS will send you an acknowledgement of acceptance of your order to your e-mail address (the one established in your payment – PAYPAL account) and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and e-mail you again to confirm details. An acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the good(s) ordered.
MUST WEAR DESIGNS has the right to refuse orders until we receive payment in full.
The prices payable for the products that you order are set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates where applicable and are correct at the time of entering information.
Please note that if you are purchasing from outside UK or an European Union country you could be charge with import duty in your country when receiving your product. It is an additional cost payable by the customer according to the rules of each country.
The price of the goods shall be the price confirmed by us at the time the order is placed.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered (whether this by our error or an error by any third party), we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods and the order is subsequently cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
In the event that we are unable to supply the goods at the price or specification stated in the order, we will where possible notify you of any changes and where the goods ordered are not available we may offer you substitute goods whereby you will be asked to re-confirm your order at the new price and/or specification. You are not obliged to accept any substitute goods and will be entitled to receive a full refund if you confirm that the substitute goods are not acceptable.
All voucher codes are not valid on sale items unless specifically stated.
Which currencies do you accept?
We only accept £s Sterling, no other currency is acceptable. If you are paying using a foreign credit card then the card company will be responsible for exchanging in to sterling and may make a commission charge. This is totally out of our control.
The checkout process will take you to PayPal for payment. You can pay with your own PayPal account, or click 'Pay with credit or debit card' where you can use the secure PayPal payment gateway without having a PayPal account.
Your order is not complete until payment is received in full, including any relevant delivery charge. All online orders must be paid for through the store checkout before they will be shipped. If payment is later returned by your bank, card issuer or PayPal, ownership of products returns to Must Wear Designs. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
6.- Delivery Policy
Our delivery charges are set out during the checkout process.
The products will be posted within 2-5 business days and you will receive an email notifying about the shipment. Posting will be through Royal Mail as follows:
Standard (Delivery aim 3 - 5 working days) - Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class stamps
Premium (Delivery aim 1 - 3 working days) - Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class stamps
International Tracked & Signed (Delivery aim vary from country to country)
The purchased item(s) will be shipped to your billing address. It is very important that this address is accurate.
We will aim to deliver the products by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
If you do not receive the products ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem in writing at our contact address within 60 days of the date on which you ordered the products.
Customs and Import Charges:
For any customs or import charges that arise when a parcel reaches a destination country must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. We have no way of knowing what these charges may be as they vary from country to country.
The products supplied are NOT for resale.
8.- Cancellation rights and Returns Policy
a) Order cancellation (What if you change your mind?):
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the consumer is entitled to a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days, after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that asks to deliver the goods to
If your order is submitting and yet to be dispatched, we will accept confirmation of order cancellation via email or letter. If your order has been dispatched, you must write a letter or send an email to us to request cancellation. (Our address can be found on the contact us page.) The letter can be sent within the parcel of goods being returned. You must include your order number, name and billing address.
We will cancel and fully refund the order including original postage costs as long as the whole order is returned. We will reimburse without undue delay and within 14 days from the day we get the good (s) back.
We strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and trackable. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and they will be returned at the customers cost. All goods must be returned within 14 days of the requested cancellation.
Return postage is at the cost of the buyer. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the products. We will accept them back, unopened, unworn/ unwashed, with original tags and the ribbon that keeps the shoes together and in fully saleable condition. We will NOT refund any shoe that has the ribbon/ tag broken.
This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.
b) Refund/ Exchanges:
Once you receive your product, try-on the shoes with the ribbon that keeps the pair together and do not take off the brand tag.
Hot Chocolate Design shoe sizes are written beside the shoe (sole) (eg 39) and the equivalent UK sizes are showed in the Sizing Guide of our website.
If you need to return a product because it is not the correct size we are happy to refund/exchange it. We operate a 14 day return policy but return postage is at the cost of the buyer.
We will accept them back, unopened, unworn/ unwashed, with original tags and the ribbon that keeps the shoes together and in fully saleable condition. We will NOT refund/exchange any shoe that has the ribbon/ tag broken. If an item returned to us is not in a full saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, that because the uniqueness of these products, we may not have your replacement pair in stock and you will have to wait until the following shipment to receive your replacement (if still in stock at the factory). For this reason, we highly suggest you measure your foot to get the best outcome possible. Please refer to the Sizing Guide Section.
Items returned from outside of the U.K. - Returns for exchange can only be sent to the UK free of post charges. Outside of this zone will be charged postage following our delivery prices to the applicable country.
c) Returning a Faulty/Damage Item:
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products on receipt.
All products are checked prior to posting, however if there is a problem with your item, please contact us with 48 hours of receipt and we will try and arrange a replacement or refund. If the item is faulty, we will pay/refund any postage costs incurred by the customer.
We are happy to provide exchanges on all orders within 14 days for any damage deemed to be caused by the manufacturer (poor stitching etc). Photographic proof is required upon request, and the item MUST be returned to MUST WEAR DESIGNS for assessment.
There will be no refund or exchange for damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We reserve the right to credit the Customer with the value of lost or damaged products at our sole discretion.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, that because the uniqueness of our products, we may not have your replacement in stock and you will have to wait until the following shipment to receive your replacement. Customer can choose exchange for any design and size available in stock. We will always work with you to ensure you have a happy outcome.
MUST WEAR DESIGNS`s liability in respect of any defective product is limited to its replacement and its cost of return.
9.- How do I return an item?
You are responsible for the return postage and package costs unless an item is faulty or was received in error,

When posting products back to us, please remember to obtain proof of posting, as we are unable to take responsibility for returned products lost in the post (these are free of charge from the Post Office), as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address as stated above.
11.- Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK. All contracts are concluded in English.
